Our Story

Trust Water has been launched by hospitality experts Mark Bickerton and Richard Bailey specifically to help support those working in the drinks industry, with 100% of net profits from every bottle sold being donated to The Drinks Trust.

Still and sparkling variants of British spring water from the beautiful Herefordshire countryside are available in a range of Trust Water bottles. This includes 330ml and 500ml recycled PET bottles, 330ml and 750ml glass bottles and an environmentally friendly, lightweight aluminium bottle that is ideal for refilling. Bickerton and Bailey are urging the drinks industry to rally behind Trust Water to help provide care and support for colleagues through the association with The Drinks Trust.

Trust Water’s label design, created by specialist drinks design agency Barlow & Co, features a ripple effect which reflects the brand ambition to create positive ripples that turn into a wave of support for workers in the drinks industry from within its own community.

The Team

Mark Bickerton has worked in the UK and Global drinks and hospitality sector for over 25 years holding senior sales and marketing positions for Diageo, Allied Domecq & Anheuser Busch. For the past 14 years, Mark has run his own business providing consultancy, brand development and field marketing to the sector.

Richard Bailey has worked in the hospitality sector for over 25 years, running pubs, restaurants and, more recently, hotels. Being the fifth generation of his family to work in the sector, he is passionate about the industry and has collaborated with Mark Bickerton to support it through this new line in bottled water.

Ben Rogers, who heads up the Commercial Team, has a passion for the Hospitality Industry which has been gained from working in the sector for over 15 years, holding positions which vary from operations, repositioning, business development, mergers & acquisitions to consultancy. Besides operating in the UK, Ben has built a network of high-level contacts and agents throughout the world, especially in Europe, USA, Middle East, India and Australasia.

The Drinks Trust

The Drinks Trust is the community organisation for the drinks industry, offering support and services to help its community thrive, to up-skill, to broaden their knowledge, to network and learn from one another. It will also be there to support them in challenging times, with wellbeing and financial assistance.
